Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIME

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-4 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. During holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday and Boxing day, there will be a delay in processing shipments. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

DELIVERY LOCATION

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free Ground Shipping: Orders over $250 (excluding taxes) will receive free ground shipping.
Shipping for Orders Under $250: For orders under $250 you will need to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied based on the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier (such as Canada Post, Purolator, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), C~Nick Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Shipping

Includes complimentary liability coverage (up to $100). No further liability is available at this time.

In the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, C~Nick Designs will not issue refunds, replacements, or store credit. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the buyer.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for cost of return shipment for repairs.

Shipping with Custom and Special Orders

We generally have about a 60 day turnaround time on Custom bags. Custom orders are not put into the books until paid in full. No exceptions. Please be patient with us as this time frame can vary depending on the number of bags ahead of you when you order, but we do our best to have the orders out in that time frame if not sooner!!! We welcome customers to build your custom orders BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!

Also remember that these are CUSTOM items made to your specifications! These aren’t going to be found at your local Walmart!! Custom items take TIME but will be well worth the wait!!! Feel free to contact us at any time for an update on your custom order.
