Refund / Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days upon receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All custom orders are Final once paid for and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or do refunds on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you will need to contact us at cnickdesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping Charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipment.

There is a $100 restocking fee for all exchanged bags and returned bags.
Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

Refunds
We have a no refund policy on all purchases either by website or through a Live Sale. Exchange only on stock items. Item must be unused and in original condition. If we grant a credit for any Live Sale purchase the credit is ONLY to be used for website purchases. No credit can be used for our Live Sales, NO EXCEPTIONS!
There will be NO REFUNDS on all custom orders.
